If you sincerely attempted to use our products and do not feel that they meet your expectations, we encourage you to promptly return all physically delivered products (or destroy downloaded/electronically delivered products) to the above address. We do request a written refund request mailed to the above address and respectfully ask that you give us a brief explanation why the product was not satisfactory. Refunds will be promptly processed in the manner that the original payment was received. In addition, we would like to inform you of the following considerations concerning our "no-risk trial" offer.
- Refund requests will be honored between 21 and 90 days after the original purchase.
- In order to protect our customers, we will only honor refunds for the first product purchased by the same person or same household, company, or from the same address. Our refund policy is designed to give potential customers an opportunity to try our sessions. This does not include situations where a person (or persons within the same household download or receive CD's for a large number of our sessions only to claim a refund a few weeks later. This circumvents the intention of our policy.
