Safety Notice - Important Information

Our products are intended to help you positively benefit from hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Energy Psychology, brain entrainment, music therapy, and/or any other techniques integrated in our products and services.

• Under no circumstances should you use our products or services in lieu of competent medical or psychological. If you believe that you have any medical condition or mental condition, pathology, or illness we advise you to promptly seek the assistance of a licensed care giver in your area.
• Our products and services are not designed to diagnose or cure any medical or mental illness. (Our clinical sessions may be used as adjunctive treatment by licenesed care givers. In those cases the administering and/or supervising licensed care giver assumes all risk involved and agrees to hold us harmless from any liabilities.)
• If you have any doubt about whether any of our products are appropriate for you, you agree to seek the advice of a licensed care giver.
• Under no circumstances are any of our products to be listened while driving, operating machinery, or any other task that requires your full attention.
• As many of our products use technologies designed to alter mental functioning and brain waves, they should never be used by those with a history of seizures, epilepsy, or the wearers of pace makers.
• If you are currently under the care of medical, psychiatric, or psychological professionals, you should consult your care giver prior to using our products. This especially includes those who suffer from epilepsy, seizure, strokes, clinical depression, or any other nervous or psychiatric condition.
• Please be advised that accessing your subconscious mind through hypnosis could trigger an abreaction, which is a severe emotional reaction due to "reliving" a past event. If you begin to experience such a situation, you must seek competent medical or psychological care immediately.
• Unless covered above, our products are considered safe for the purpose of personal development, education, and entertainment. Nevertheless, by accessing this site and using our products you agree to take complete responsibility for any damages caused by the use of our products and agree that we provide no warranty of any kind regarding their use.

• Licensed care givers may provide our products to their clients and patients. Our products are not for resale unless a valid distributor or license agreement has been entered separately. Otherwise, you MAY NOT use any of our products for any commercial purpose.
• Unauthorized copying, public performance, broadcasting, hiring or rental of any of our products or recordings is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

If you are a professional therapist, practicing hypnotherapist or a licensed medical or mental health care giver then you may use our products and services as a reference material for your own professional development. You may recommend our products and services to your patients and clients. However, you may not make copies, hire, or rent our recordings. We agree to take responsibility and hold us harmless for any such use of our products and services.
