When you purchase is approved you will have the option of downloading your MP3's from your "Thank You"/Confirmation page or by using a link provided in your e-mail invoice.
How large are your MP3's?
The size of our MP3 files range between 8 and 11 Mb's. We attempt to balance the size with desired quality.
What do I do if I am having problems downloading MP3 files?
The process is quite simple. By clicking on the link a dialog box will pop up asking you if you want to open or save the file. We do not recommend that you click on "Open." Rather select "Save" and save the file to your hard drive. If this does not work, consider the following:
- Check your hard drive space. If you are downloading to a USB drive, check the space available.
- Reboot your computer. System memory may be low and will only "release" if you reboot. Make sure that you write down the link before rebooting.
- Use a different computer.
- Use a different browser. Also, the settings on your browser may prevent downloads. If you have never downloaded pictures or files, then your settings may be the problem.
- Use a computer in a different location. Parental software or your employers security system may prevent downloads.
- If everything else fails Contact Us. Make sure that you fully describe the order and provide your order number.
How long does the download take?
For Dial Up 28.8 Modems you shold expect a waiting time of up to 45 minutes. However, we recommend that you use faster connections such as DSL, Cable, or T1 should take only a couple of minutes.
Can I copy the MP3 downloads (or the CD's)
Both our MP3 and CD's are meant for the personal use of the "end user." Normally, this means the person who purchased the product from us. However, we want you to feel free to share our products with family, friends, and co-workers. Licensed care givers, such as medical doctors or psychologists, may provide CD's to their clients and patients. This does not authorize you to make additional copies (other than a backup of our MP3's). If you wish others to have (legal) copies of our products, please encourage them to visit this site.
